The chatbot service
Creating and using a chatbot on the fabrikken.ai platform (including indexing of material, trial period and subscriptions) is governed by our separate Terms of Service and the accompanying Data Processing Agreement (DPA). These terms apply only to the use of the website itself.
Personal data
Our processing of personal data in connection with the website, for example when you use the contact form, is described in our privacy policy. The Terms of Service and the DPA apply to the chatbot service.
Intellectual property
All content on fabrikken.ai (including text, graphics, logos and source code) belongs to AIfabrikken ApS or our licensors and is protected by copyright.
Disclaimer
The site is provided 'as is'. We strive for accuracy and availability but assume no liability for losses arising from use of the site or temporary unavailability.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We neither control nor are responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes are settled by the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret).
