Privacy Policy

This policy covers both the use of our website and the information we process as data controller about customers on the chatbot platform. For the data we process on customers' behalf in the chatbot service itself, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies, cf. the Terms of Service.

What we collect

AIfabrikken ApS collects only technical server log data: anonymised IP address, browser type and version, time of the visit, and the requested URL. We collect no names, email addresses or other personally identifiable information unless you actively contact us.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to ensure stable operation, troubleshooting and overall traffic statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, well-functioning website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Server log files are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically.

Connected data sources

If you connect your chatbot to one or more data sources, we access and read the documents, databases or other data you give us access to, solely to index them so the chatbot can answer questions based on the content. Uploaded documents and the search index that is built are stored solely to run your chatbot and are deleted according to the deadlines in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The content is never shared with third parties and is not used to train general language models.

Customers on the chatbot platform

If you create a chatbot, we process, as an independent data controller, information about your company's contact persons: name, e-mail and password hash for the account, billing and payment information, and correspondence with our support. Account information is kept for as long as the account is active and is then deleted; invoicing and accounting records are, however, kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. For the personal data we process on the company's behalf in the chatbot service itself, the company is the data controller and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing or analytics. Information may be disclosed to authorities if we are legally required to do so.
